Project Overview
Two office rooms. One complete flooring solution.
When our team took over the project, the concrete floors had already undergone earlier grinding work. The surfaces were left uneven, with visible grinding marks, minor hollowness, pores and localised defects. Amico Services carried out corrective preparation and repair work before applying the new PU flooring system.

A durable floor begins below the final coat.
Our team carried out controlled corrective grinding to remove loose material and improve the surface profile for coating adhesion. Defective areas were then repaired and patched using suitable materials and epoxy scratch coat where required.
