At an industrial facility in Johor, Amico Services brought together building repainting, silo cleaning and steel protection under one coordinated project. Our high-rise access team reached elevated areas that are difficult to access, while our ground and platform crews worked carefully around the operating environment.
Refreshing the Plant Buildings
A cleaner, brighter appearance with careful attention to every detail
A good finish begins long before the final coat is applied. Our team cleaned the exterior surfaces thoroughly, removed dirt and algae, attended to minor defects and prepared areas where old paint had become loose.
Walls, beams, columns, railings, stair structures and doors were then refreshed with coating systems selected for their location and exposure. The result is a more cared-for appearance, with surfaces prepared to provide dependable protection in an industrial environment.
High-Rise Cleaning for the Silo Tank
Reaching difficult areas with care, control and the right access method
The silo's height and curved surface make ordinary access difficult. Our high-rise access team used secured rope systems to move directly to the affected areas and remove accumulated dirt, mould and mildew from the external surface.
This approach helps the team focus on the areas that need attention without surrounding the entire structure with extensive temporary access. Every movement is planned around the work area, the building condition and the people operating nearby.
High-Rise Care for the Lift Tower Steel
Removing deterioration and renewing protection in hard-to-reach areas
Exposed support steel needs proper preparation before it can be protected again. Our high-rise access team worked along the lift tower support structure to remove loose paint, rust and surface debris from elevated sections.
After preparation, the steel received a protective coating system to restore a clean, consistent finish and help defend the surface against continued exposure. Coordinating this work with the wider plant project also allowed access and site protection activities to be managed more smoothly.
